FAQs

You got 'em. We answer 'em. 🤔

How do I get To Jackson?

There are several airports within driving distance, including one in the valley itself, just 15 minutes from town. See 'Getting Here' on the Travel page for more information.

How do I get around once I'm there?

We highly suggest you rent a car so you can explore Grand Teton National Park while you're here. If you absolutely want to avoid a rental, it is possible to get by on taxis and rideshares, though it may be significantly more expensive. Lyft and Uber are still relatively new to the area, and prices are often high.

How do I get to the wedding on saturday?

Please note that, even if you do rent a car, there is no parking at the wedding venue. Shuttles will be available to transport guests to Snake River Ranch on Saturday afternoon, but they will only make one trip!

What's the weather going to be like?

June in Jackson Hole can be a little unpredictable, but in general, plan for mild days and chilly nights. Highs, on average, can reach the mid-70s, with possible nighttime lows as cold as the mid-30s. Rain is a constant variable. Sunshine averages 10 hours a day in June, but quick afternoon showers are not uncommon. Plan for some warm and some cold, some dry and some wet.

Should we bring our kids?

You're more than welcome to bring your kids for the weekend, though we kindly ask that the ceremony and reception be reserved for adults only. Please contact us if you're bringing little ones and would like some trusted childcare recommendations.

What should I expect for the ceremony and reception?

Both will take place outside, rain or shine. After the ceremony, guests will be invited to walk a short distance together—just under half a mile—to the reception site, on a flat but unpaved trail. Drinks will be provided at the outset. We highly recommend the stroll, but for those who need it, a shuttle will be available. The reception will be tented and on grass (other than the dance floor). In the event of heavy rain, the ceremony may be moved under the reception tent as well.
